Why APC Training remains the benchmark.

Over the past few years, the epoxy flooring industry has seen an explosion of training courses. New names pop up, promoting themselves as shortcuts to wealth and quick success. Yet despite all the noise, APC training remains in demand.

Why? Because experience can't be copied.

I see a lot of these competing courses marketed as get rich quick schemes. They promise fast results, easy money, and overnight success. But the reality is far less glamorous. When unexperienced operators are pushed into the market without proper training, standards fall and the industry suffers.

APC has always taken the opposite approach. We promote education that builds competence, not hype. Our goal is to keep the industry strong by ensuring quality is the focus, not short-term profit.

At APC, training is built on a decade of manufacturing expertise and on-the-tools experience obtained before we closed the company to continue to operate APC ethically. Every participant receives the APC Training Course Book, a professional reference guide that becomes a long-term resource to be combined with our ongoing phone support. Our training is delivered (in most locations) from dedicated classroom space and practical spaces by licensed trainers who know the craft inside & out.

We go beyond theory. Every course involves completing full flooring systems on real concrete. Every participant gets genuine hands-on experience with preparation, application, and finishing. This ensures that when someone enters the market after APC training, they have the skills to deliver work that lasts & contributes to a better industry.

This approach is why contractors trust APC. Our training produces professionals who strengthen the industry.

So while others continue to sell hype & fast-paced success, APC continues to fill classrooms with professionals both new & existing who want professional training delivered by experts. Because in an industry where credibility & quality matters, education built on manufacturing and real-world practices will always outlast hype.
